Last week, Peter's Farm organised an inspirational masterclass for 25 butchers from the Cypriot supermarket chain Alphamega in Nicosia. The masterclass covered the boning of a whole veal pistola, product presentation, ideas for the countertop, recipe suggestions, and an open discussion. Apart from the masterclass, three in-store tastings took place at various Alphamega branches in Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos. Visitors enjoyed a variety of veal snacks such as veal heel muscle, barbecued veal loin steak, ossobuco and round of veal topside. A highly successful week filled with craftsmanship, inspiration and flavour!
